Patsy Lawson has been in touch (11 May 2006) and says that she remembers the trip very well. She says 'she remembers someone (can't remember name) was skiing or just mucking about (can't remember exactly) and they fell through the snow with a river running underneath and it was shear luck that they were pulled out before being caught under the snow and ice'. She remembers trying to help to make ski's at Braehead. Thanks for your memories Patsy, hopefully that will spark of a few more memories from other folks.

Sandra Walker above, shows that she knows a thing or two about Scottish Country Dancing.
Below are two photographs of Sandra on her visit with Braehead to Aviemore.
I wonder if Sandra (above) is using a pair of Ski's made by Braehead pupils?
A great momento from RF Mackenzie to Sandra on the success of some of her pupils in a dancing festival. Apart from the positive comments in the letter is also gives people once again the opportunity to see Braehead's headed paper.
